by car:
Attention! After railway-crossing immediately move to the left to the ABUZER'E, 3.5 km on gravel road.
From Moscow. On 510 (milepost 558) km of "Belarus" route M1E30, turn right to LEPEL (P15). Then you will see the crossroads at the 237 km - to the left (Novolukoml). After 16 km turn right on GILI and after the railway-crossing move left into ABUZER'E, 3 km. Total distance is 600 km
St. Petersburg. 730 km, 8-9 hours.
Kievskoye highway M20 / E95: St. Petersburg-Luga-Pskov Ostrov-Opochka , 388 km.
A117: Opochka - the border with Belarus, 87 km.
P46: the border of Belarus - Novopolotsk - Polotsk - Lepel, 204 km.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd turnoff onto the M3, 6.2 km.
Turn to the left at P15, 30.4 km.
Turn to the right at R62, 7.4 km.
Turn right onto the gravel road N3819, 0.5 km.
After the railway-crossing turn to the left, there is no sighnpost! 2.9 km.
Destination point will be on the left in 0.8 km.
From Minsk. On the M1 route before turning to the KRUPKI, HOLOPENICHI. Then turn left at DUDARY, MELESHKAVICHI. Then, right to the NOVOLUKOML'. Then left onto CHASHNIKI. After the gas station and the bus stop turn left on GILI. After w / d to move immediately to the left on Abuzer 3 km.
From Vitebsk. On the highway Minsk-Vitebsk, after 70 km, after the bridge turn left at Chashniki. 17 km later turn to the right at the crossroads at Novolukoml, after 23 km turn right to Gili, immediately after railway-crossing to move to the left on ABUZER'E( 3 km)

Accommodation in this farmstead enables a self catering (two cottages are equipped with kitchen with a gas stove), as well as using a café or greenhouse-restaurant services. Most of the dishes are prepared with organic ingredients grown in the garden, so that food is not only delicious, but also healthy.

This glass building is 50 meters long, 10 meters high with a total area of 12 acres of green space. All the cottages are equipped with all the necessary amenities like heating, TV. Interiors of all houses are different and unique.Most houses have marvellous view on the Lake Lukoml'skoye. Maximum capacity of the farmland is 50 people.

• Standard( mini-hotel): In the farmland is possible to rent double room with 2 separate beds; or triple room with 3 separate beds. Double room is very comfortable and is equipped with beds,TV, shower. Room can be decorated with weatherboard and have a lake view.
• Cottage "Forum": three-level cottage. You can rent the whole cottage or just choosen floors. The house "Forum" is very stylish and comfortable. Luxe is a two-room suite with a private bathroom and tea corner. It can accommodate two to four people. It is located on the second floor with a separate entrance .
