The farmstead "Zolotoy Ruchey" is located in a picturesque area of the Gomel region. Surrounded by forests in the north-east and the water basin in the south-west the farmstead gives a possibility for hunting and fishing and to spend unforgettable days or to reveal the inexhaustible wealth of our forests fur, cloven-hoofed, bird, and the lake Velikoe (200 m.), the river Dnepr (in 2 km), the pond near the house with an abundance of fish: pike, walleye, perch, catfish, carp, tench and others.

Evening time near the fireplace will help you to make any good decision you are thinking about. The Russian steam bath with oak and birch broom, aromatherapy relax your body.
Billiards helpe to talk business men after working days.
Two terraces with nice picturesque area view give you an inspiration to create.
There is a banquet hall (capacity for 40 persons) for seminars.
There is on the territory a stone pavillion (60 sq m). We offer hot and cold drinks near cascade.

3-storied house:
1st floor: banquete hall, hall with fireplace, bath, toilet, bathroom
2d floor: billiards hall, 2 bedrooms and shower room with WC. The first bedroom has double bed and one single bed. In the other - 2 single beds and 1 double bed.
3d floor: 1 Luxe and 2 bedrooms. Luxe has double bed and sofa, balcony. The first bedroom has double bed and sofa. The second room has double bed and 2 sofas.
