Hata Mikhasya

The farmstead «Hata Mikhasya» is located 10 km from MKAD near the Papernya village of Minsk district (Myadel direction) only  4 km from the lake Vyacha where it's possible not only boughting, but also successfully fishing. The farmstead territory is adjacent to wood. Favorable arrangement with asphalted road makes cottage in Minsk district available for rest at all seasons of the year.

Decoration of rooms is executed by natural wood.

On the protected territory «Hata Mikhasya» is executed gardening with landscaping elements. The Russian bath on firewood is sittuated 4 meters from house in forest, near there is a barbecue zone with brazier and WOK. On the spacious area there are playground with sandbox, summer chaise lounges for comfortable rest. Guests can relax on a comfortable garden swing, and freshen up in the pool or take a summer shower.

Cooking is possible upon request of visitors. There is an equipped kitchen for independent cooking: electric kettle, electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, deep freeze, multicooker, set of ware.
Breakfasts, full board, banquets perhaps will be organized at an additional coast.

The farmstead «Hut of Mikhasya» represents the three-storyed house made of bar, total area of 180 sq.m. There are five bedrooms, firreplace and drawing rooms equipped with modern household appliances and necessary ware for 20 persons. In all house is available free Wi-Fi . On the first floor there are LCD with satellite TV, a DVD-karaoke with various music and a musical stereosystem. 
In the modern house with bath there are all necessary for rest: it will be a cheerful office party, anniversary,  wedding or family weekend! The house can accommodate of 21 person. All this makes cottage the ideal place for parties and holidays. Guests will be able accommodate with comfort in five equipped bedrooms. For long and warm friendly chats in the house there is a noble style fireplace room.

The bedroom «King Size» is big, light with three windows on surrounding nature. The cozy room is decotated with a tree of 35 sq.m:

At your disposal there is equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, multicooker, plate, skewers and grill (for frying meat and fish) and all necessary ware where can take place with comfort to 20 guests.

Guests of the estate can spend free time in the Russian bath. There is a sweating room on 4-5 people, washing, equipped with a shower and heater water and restroom. In addition services of the bath on the preliminary arrangement are provided  masseur or bather.

For active restin on the territory the farmstead there are frisbee, darts and badminton, and also the pool.

Fans of quiet pastime will be able to relax on garden swing or in the sun in chaise lounges.

The separate bath made by natural materials is located 4km from the house. The bath is adjoined by a canopy under which shadow can accommodate a company (to 30 people) at the tables.

The bath consists of 4 main rooms:

• the sweating room with the pleasant low lighting (to 5 people), is upholstered with linden lining  with angular regiments  of aspen. Firewood is provided free of charge;
  
• the spacious washing with shower, wide benches on perimeter for rest and a water heater;
  
• the restroom with table, benches and chairs;
  
• WC.
