The estate is located 30 km from Grodno in the picturesque lonely place, 1,5 km from Lithuania.

Near the house is located the Russian bath on firewood with a steam room, shower, barrel, bathroom, restroom, fridge, and on the second floor there are cozy sofas and satellite TV.
Also near a bath is equipped the barbeque zone (brazier, table, benches), arbors.

The «Ozerny» aquapark is located 20 minutes from the estate, sanatorium «Porechye» is in 10 minutes. The sanatorium specializes in diseases of digestive system, locomotor system, cosmetology.

In the house there is a kitchen with all necessary stock for independent cooking.
There is a possibility of the organization of three meals a day.

• bedroom with a double bed;
• kitchen with all necessary stock for cooking;
• WC with a shower cabin and a heat-insulated floor.

• 4th bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and shower cabins, exit to an open terrace are in each bedroom.

In the house accommodate 12 people, there is a possibility of installation of extra beds.

The estate is in the pine wood where it's possible to go for berries and mushrooms or just walk. In winter time we will suggest you to drive on sledge or skis.
