The complex is located on the bank of the river Orshitsa in the city Orsha, surrounded by picturesque park area, near the border with the Russian Federation, 70 km from Smolensk, and at the intersection of two federal highways M1-Brest-Moscow and M20 (E-95) -St . Petersburg-Odessa.

Building №2: separate cottage with a common room - kitchen (the number of rooms in the building:3 rooms) - two bedroom suite, bathroom with shower, living room - sofa bed, bedside table, wardrobe, coffee table, TV, refrigerator, tableware; Bedroom - king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and mirror.
