Cozy hotel has modern rooms of Single, Twin, Double and Vip-Apartment types. Each room is equipped with Wi-Fi, quality furniture and meets high standards of comfort and security. Cleaning is provided daily at a convenient for guests time. You can also stay with pets in our hotel. You can get more detailed information on reception working around the clock.

• SINGLE. Single room sized 23 m2 is provided with one bed. There are hypoallergenic pillows and bedclothes. There is also a glassed loggia, comfortable working area and separate bathroom with toiletries.
• TWIN. For more comfortable stay for several persons there is a Twin type of rooms (with two separate beds). The room sized 30 m2 has rest zone, glassed logia and bathroom with shower cabin. Work desk and comfortable armchairs are perfect for productive work. 
• DOUBLE. Apartments of Double type (with double bed) sized 30 m2 are equipped with modern furniture made by the customers order. You can work at the comfortable desk in the afternoon and spend good time with a glass of wine in the loggia or take a shower in the private bathroom in the evening.
• VIP ROOM. The most comfortable Vip-Apartment contains 2 rooms(bedroom+living room) sized 78 m2. There are King-sized bed and two extra beds. Working area is equipped with table and comfortable armchairs. For convenience there are two toilets and bathroom with toiletries.
