Recreation facility «Winterfell» is located 25 kilometers from the city on the bank of Luchyosa. In the agroestate there is a 2-storey cottage with a total area of 500 m ².

The cottage consists of 6 cozy bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom, it does rest more pleasant and comfortable.

Rest, fishing and hunting. Boating and to fishing is possible through the arrangement oon the Luchyosa's bank. These lands are rich with a bleak, a pike, small fry, a perch, a bream and gustery. The agroestate also suggests to rent rods and spinnings.
Near the agroestate there is a forest where you can hunting. It is possible to finish the day playing billiards or table tennis.
