The memorial estate of Yakub Kolas "Albut" is located five kilometers away from the city of Stolbtsy. Mickiewicz family lived here from 1890 to 1904. Yakub Kolas (Konstantin Mikhailovich Mickiewicz) wrote here his first poem. He went to study at the Nesvizh teacher's seminary and returned here every summer as a young teacher. In his poem "Novaya Zemlya" Albut is described as Porechye.
Here is a literary and memorial exhibition based on the novel "Novaya Zemlya". The exposition acquaints with the photographs of the prototypes of the heroes of the poem, manuscripts and editions of different years, with objects of everyday life of peasants of the XIX-XX centuries.
