Rudnya

Location

Sanatorium "Rudnya" is located far from large cities and highways in a pine forest on the shore of a picturesque reservoir on the Slizhanka River, 65 km from Minsk and 25 km from Logoisk.

Medical services in the sanatorium are carried out by experienced medical personnel:

The medical-diagnostic base is located in the medical building №4 and includes:

• Methods of functional diagnostics (ECG, monitoring of blood pressure, glucose monitoring);
  
• Medical services (inhalation, high-frequency treatment, pneumocompression, microwave resonance therapy, low level laser therapy, aromatherapy, speleotherapy, electrotherapy, light therapy, hydrotherapy, balneotherapy, oxygen cocktails, phytoteas, massage, therapeutic exercises, dentistry, mineral water treatment, saunas, diet therapy, reflexology, dry baths, cosmetology).

There is a well with sulphate-chloride-sodium water in the sanatorium. Treatment water of total mineralization of 3.6 g / dm3 is used for drinking, medical and cosmetic procedures. In the medical building there is a pump room with mineral water. It is used for treatment of metabolic diseases, gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular diseases, upper respiratory tract diseases and obesity.

Food

5 meals a day is organized in the sanatorium. From the second day a customized menu is organized according to the diet prescribed by the doctor (diets № 5, 9, 10 and 15).
The dining room is located in the administrative building on the second floor, there are 300 seats. There is also a banquet hall for 10 seats.

Meals are organized according to the schedule:

• Breakfast 09:00 - 09:40;
• Lunch 14:00 - 14:30;
• Afternoon snack 16:30 - 17:00;
• Dinner 19:00 - 19:40;
• Second dinner 21:00 - 21:30.

Description rooms

The health resort offers accommodation in a cozy renovated building №2. The hotel rooms include:

• double room;
• single room;
• single two-bedroom suite.

All rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities (shower, toilet, washbasin), as well as refrigerator and TV.
The building is heated from October to April, hot and cold water supply is provided round the clock.

Entertainment and Sports

For the guests in the sanatorium various entertainment programs are organized. There are discos, themed evenings and holidays, competitions and concerts. You can also visit library, go in for sports, organize a picnic or go on an excursion *.
Fishing lovers can go fishing. The forests near the sanatorium are rich in berries and mushrooms. Walks through the picturesque surroundings provide pleasant mood and wonderfully revitalize.
