“Dubrov” is the restaurant, full of homeliness and soul’s warmth of every of its creators. Good location on the beach of the lake Dubrovsky makes the restaurant one of the most significant places for lovers of country rest. You can drop in it, for example, after a bicycle ride or arrange wedding with outdoor registration, for what special zone on the beach of the Dubrovsky’s lake’s been created. In the evening kindled fireplace and classical music create romantic atmosphere. Every Saturday after 19.00 you can enjoy live music.
We paid great attention to every detail during the creation of restaurant ‘Dubrov’, that is why our restaurant differs from other ones with relaxing atmosphere and its inimitable breathing. Out-of-town privacy is added with cozy modern interior with the elements of the 20th century. The main architectural peculiarity is blockhouse, made in white. The building reminds noble detached house of one of the respectful family. In the decoration the main accent’s been made on chamber order of tables, nontrivial bar and textile with lace motives. This spring we plan the opening of banqueting hall, which’ll be located on the attic. As designer plans, elements of the solemnity in the form of forged balconies, carved chairs with bronze and stained glass windows will be included in its decoration.
Menu of the restaurant consists of old Russian and European cuisine. The chef was trained by Moscow colleagues, who’re experts in the field of old Russian cuisine with elements of modern destinations. By the way, every dish in ‘Dubrov’ cooked with author’s interpretation. Among specialties are “Olivie” salad with duck and quail eggs, Russian salad with warm potatoes and salmon, chicken pate on toast with onion jam, Russian meat dumplings “Po-droryansky” with truffle oil (handmade); Russian dumplings “Zarskie” with salmon and caviar (handmade); grilled tongue with mashed potatoes and truffle oil and many others. In the drawing up of the alcohol card accent’s been made on vine and author’s cocktails. In the cold part of the year there is a wide range of warm alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. In the warm part alcohol card is added with some kinds of fresh beer and also different kinds of refreshing beverages.
