Interior designers of grill bar "KOROVA"  was oriented on the American and Scandinavian design of the beginning of the XX century, wich is characterized by minimalism, lots of wood and metal. They drew inspiration in the works of the great European and American designers Le Corbusier, Arne Jacobsen, Gino Sarfatti, Charles Eames and others, whose works are represented in the interior of the bar. Meals in the restaurant are served in chinaware, made in the style of hand-made, imitating rustic dishes. Serving meals which was cooked over an open fire in such kind of dishes creates a unique and homely atmosphere.

At the entrance you will meet a large island bar headed by bartenders, ready to brighten up your evening with perfect cocktails. Next step is lounge which on weekdays will be a place where you can rest in a company of friends, and on weekends the lounge becomes the epicenter of dance and music parties. And finally, the restaurant hall. It is an ideal place to enjoy the unique cuisine of grill bar, conduct a business meeting or get together for lunch, dinner with your family. The decoration of this room is an environmentally friendly Bio Fireplace, there is also a large "communal" table that can fit up to 12 people at a time, and the second bar, where at weekends you can speak with the bartenders in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Also this bar has a romantic place for lovers on the balcony and specially equipped smoking room.

The restaurant hall provides 90 seats, but during the party seats is not so relevant, because visitors aspire to the dance floor or to the bar to our professional bartenders.

In summer time grill bar invites all citizens and guests to its cozy, bright, truly European summer terrace. Working hours from 11:00 to 23:00.

The main feature of the restaurant is the kitchen, which specializes in dishes of meat, fish, vegetables and seafood. In «KOROVA» we combined experience of Eastern and American cuisine in cooking food over an open fire and gave it a recognizable European accent. With the unique Spanish grill oven Josper, which cooks on hard coals, meals, along with a perfect texture and juiciness, acquire unique traditional flavor and aroma of smoke and fire, like they cooked in the open air. Also serves snacks and salads. We have a wide selection of beer snacks, soups and deserts.  For lovers of hot sandwiches bar «KOROVA» recommends an undeniable classic American cuisine - burgers.

Lunch menu: every weekday from 12:00 to 17:00 we submit domestic dinners. We offer a soup of the day, a salad of the day, main dish and a side dish for your choice.

As for the wine list, as well as range of strong drinks, the bar "KOROVA" offer a not dull choice, because we all tired of the monotony of Brest bar shelves. Everybody will find for themselves something new and interesting. We also prepared a classic cocktail card for our guests. Only high-quality and fresh ingredients, recipes of American dry law era and the love to our craft.

One of the most important arguments for a visit bar grill KOROVA is beer of our own production from local brewery 13LITAR. This beer is brewed according to Czech standards from the best European materials and on modern Czech equipment. For those who do not consume alcohol, we offered freshly brewed coffee from old-fashioned  levern coffee machine. Thanks to this machine we make aromatic and invigorating coffee with a unique taste of Naples and non-alcoholic cold and warming drinks and cocktails.

Grill bar "KOROVA" is open daily from 12:00 to 02:00, and on Friday and Saturday - from 12:00 to 05:00.

Every weekend there are parties with live performances of young and experienced bands and DJs from Moscow to London. But you will not be bored here on weekdays. We offer you live perfomances of vokalists and musicians, broadcasts of live concerts of world stars and films on the big screen, screens live sports events, cooking classes, trainings and seminars, and more.
